What’s so great about a dryrobe?
The dryrobe has a waterproof & windproof exterior fabric and a lining that dries you and keeps you warm. The best thing about the dryrobe is the lining. It's a synthetic lambswool which draws the water away from your skin, drying you instantly while insulating and keeping you warm. I've dried and changed three family members after a swim. No-one minded being the last one to dry off as the towel lining wasn't soaking.When conventional towelling gets wet it takes an age to dry and feels wet against your skin, throw in some wind chill and you'll know all about it.
The design allows plenty of room to pull your arms in through the sleeves to get changed inside it. You can get a wetsuit, swim or tri kit, on or off, easily, while staying warm, dry and fully protected from the elements. What’s the right dryrobe size for you?
Choosing your dryrobe size depends on whether you want to use the robe for changing under or for just keeping warm after your swim. I'm 5'2" and wear a medium. I like the dryrobe to come down to my shins for extra warmth and I like to get changed under the robe. If you just want to throw the dryrobe on as a layer, an adult small would suffice. The taller you are, the bigger a size you need.
