The Sports Room is an independent, technical sports and bike shop in Wicklow Town. We specialise in running, trail running, water sports and all things bike - both road and mountain.
We stock a wide range of technical products and apparel for running, trail running, swimming and biking. If we don't have it in stock, just ask! We'll do our best to get it in for you.
Running Shoe Fitting
One of our key differentiators is that we spend time with our customers looking to buy a new running shoe. Each customer has individual needs when it comes to running. So first off, a chat to find out what type of runner you are, where you run, how often, what you currently run in etc. We determine what kind of shoe you require for your gait - neutral or stability. We'll suggest some options for you to try and test out on our treadmill if you like. You can also bring the runners home and try them indoors.
In our Bike Room, we have a qualified Cytech mechanic in-store to service and repair all types of bikes and custom build bikes too. For more information, phone us on 0404 62380 or to book in your bike for repair.
It's not easy getting into a wetsuit! We have been fully trained in wetsuit fitting and will endeavour to get you into the right wetsuit the first time round so you're not in a complete sweat leaving the shop!
